Why to buy here: Saravanampatti is Coimbatore's IT and tech corridor. With multiple tech parks, MNC offices, and good infrastructure, demand for residential plots here has been consistently high.

• Well-connected to Coimbatore city centre (12-15 km)
• Good road infrastructure — 4-lane and 6-lane roads
• Many DTCP approved layouts available
• Schools, hospitals, malls, restaurants all nearby
• High rental demand (good for investment buyers)

Honest note: Land prices here are higher than other areas. Best for buyers with a moderate-to-higher budget who want appreciating value.

2. Sulur – Best for Airport Connectivity

Why to buy here: Sulur is close to Coimbatore International Airport and the Coimbatore–Salem NH544 highway. This makes it ideal for frequent travellers, logistics businesses, and investment buyers.

• Very close to airport (5-7 km)
• NH544 highway access — great connectivity
• More affordable than Saravanampatti
• Growing industrial and warehouse belt nearby
• Many DTCP approved layouts at competitive prices

Honest note: Some parts of Sulur still lack developed civic amenities. Choose plots near the main road for better connectivity.
